“Last summer, I had the pleasure of attending my first “Authentic Italian Picnic”. I knew it would be a fun evening but really didn’t know what to expect. To put it simply, I was amazed! The event exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, Valerie’s attention to detail and creativity made for a memorable experience.

This elegantly casual affair featured a ten-course dinner, wine and authentic Italian musicians in a gorgeous outdoor space. This setting could easily be featured in the social pages. Aside from plenty of fabulous food including a roasted pig, there were entertaining activities ranging from a lesson on making mozzarella cheese to learning the art of creating an Italian Timbale. As we left, guests were surprised with a container of the scrumptious leftovers to enjoy later. I am looking forward to the next picnic this summer.”
